Current Openings

Screen Printer
Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain screen printing equipment.
  • Ensure quality control for each print job.
  • Set up and register screens for multi-color designs.

Skills:

  • Color matching and basic machine maintenance skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate in a team setting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in screen printing preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Able to work on-site in a collaborative production environment, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during peak times.

Outbound/Inbound Sales Representative (Commission-Based Only)
Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions.

Skills:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong communication, lead generation, and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales preferred, with a proven track record in a results-oriented role.
  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation, motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
