Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or blank apparel. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay. Some subscriptions may auto-renew; if you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.
Note: Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we will honor the subscription in its entirety, ensuring you receive all scheduled deliveries through the end of the term.

Pre-Orders
By purchasing a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that is out of stock or soon to be available. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment details at checkout, charging the full or remaining amount at a future date. You may cancel a pre-order that hasn’t been fulfilled if it’s only partially paid. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund—refer to our returns policy for more information.
Blank Apparel
For blank (non-customized) apparel, cancellations are allowed if the item has not yet shipped. Once a cancellation request is initiated, it may take up to 5 business days to process. During this period, the order will be held and not shipped. If needed, you may cancel the cancellation request within this time.
Custom Print Section
Final Sale on Custom Items: Any item featuring custom prints or embroidery is considered final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once the order is placed.
